ECDL Advanced
has been developed to respond to the demand from learners and training
providers for a further stage in the certification of basic IT skills.
ECDL has been widely adopted as the intial benchmark of competence
and until now those seeking to continue their learning and certification
had to migrate to another programme which may have lacked the flexibility
and accessibility of the ECDL approach.

offers candidates the familiarity of the ECDL process and the recognition
and acceptability of the ECDL brand. The Advanced programme reinforces
basic level skills and introduces and develops a range of more advanced
concepts and skills.
At Advanced
level each module can be taken on a standalone basis. Each module
