INTRODUCTION
TO POWER POINT FOR WINDOWS
DURATION : Half Day
TARGET
AUDIENCE :
Those with an
elementary knowledge of PC's and some knowledge of Windows who wish
to learn how to create presentations using PowerPoint.
TEACHING
APPROACH :
The teaching
approach contains a mix of lectures, practical and one to one work,
varying according to the number of people attending. For the most
part delegates are able to work at a pace, which best suits, them
with emphasis being placed upon quality rather than quantity.
PRE
REQUISITES :
Those with an
elementary knowledge of PC's and have previously attended the Introduction
to Windows course.

By the end of

2. Create presentations from scratch
3. Create presentations using templates and wizards
4. Add text to slides
5. Insert clipart objects
6. Understand MS Graph
7. View options - Slide view, Outline view, Slide sorter view
8. Run a slide show
9. Add timing to a slide show
10. Create notes and handouts
11. Use relevant draw features
12. Use and understand Group and Ungroup features
13. Use slide formatting

create more advanced presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
